Wase of time and money - I'm very disappointed
FastGrowingTrees is one of my best favorite online nursery places. They will ship tree in pot and well done on shipping package to protect tree arrive with perfect condition. I’m not sure why, but I kept getting bad luck on Lapins Cherry Tree. I ordered 6-7 ft Lapins Cherry Tree on Sunday October 01, 2023 order number 9501911982 for $142.47. I received it within 3 days. Thanks for fast shipping and no shipping damage as always. Sadly, the tree was already dead. I don’t know why the person who works in this department picked this tree and shipped it to me. He\she should not do this at the first place. So I called the customer service and sent photos as they required. He credited my refund for store credit. I asked the customer service person where my tree was shipped from. He said from Fort Mill SC. So I thought it could be they don’t have any more Lapins Cherry Tree in this location, therefore, they shipped me the dead tree without looking at it. So I thought I will get better change to have a good tree on repurchase another Lapins Cherry Tree from nursery California location. So I did. I reordered another Lapins Cherry Tree 6-7 ft on Saturday October 14, 2023 order # 9501928805 for $157.47. Fast shipping well package, but again unfortunately, the tree is not dead, but very unhealthy tree. I planted it same day I received it. I took good care of it, kept watering through winter and spring with hope it will grow. But sadly it dead after 5 months. I called the customer service, but nothing they can do because it only came with warranty for 30 days. I think 30 days warranty may be fine for other plants, but not for trees. I am very disappointed and all the wase of time and money for this Lapins Cherry Tree.

It came in a timely manner. It was safely wrapped, and came in good condition. It seems to be healthy so far. I just planted it and I’m curious to see how it grows.
